Yes. All Blue Ribbon Millwork cabinets are delivered and installed by our professional team, with all necessary hardware included and properly fitted for your project.

No. Every cabinet is fully assembled in-house to ensure precise construction, perfect fit, and lasting durability.

Our installers ensure all doors and drawers are perfectly aligned during installation. For any future adjustments, we provide guidance to keep your cabinets functioning flawlessly.

All Blue Ribbon Millwork cabinets are professionally installed by our own expert team in Edmonton and surrounding areas, ensuring precise fit, superior quality, and long-term performance. If you prefer to use your own installer, that is also possible; however, Blue Ribbon Millwork cannot be responsible for installation performed by a third party.

Blue Ribbon Millwork primarily serves Edmonton and the surrounding areas to ensure precise installation and quality control. For clients outside this region, we can discuss options on a case by case basis, but travel or delivery costs may apply.

Yes! You can choose to pick up your custom cabinets directly from our Edmonton shop, or have them delivered to your home or business by our team for professional installation.

Yes! We work with you to schedule a delivery and installation date that fits your timeline. Because all our cabinets are custom built, scheduling depends on the complexity of your project, but we’ll coordinate closely to ensure a smooth process.

Timeline depends on the size and complexity of your project. Once your design is finalized, we’ll provide an estimated schedule for cabinet construction, delivery, and professional installation to ensure your project is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Yes! We work closely with builders, designers, and contractors on residential and commercial projects. Special pricing and project based quotes are available for trade professionals please contact us directly to discuss your project.

Yes. All projects within Alberta are subject to applicable provincial sales tax. For out-of-province projects, please consult your local taxing authority. Our team will provide clear pricing that includes all applicable taxes before your project begins.

Yes. All Blue Ribbon Millwork cabinets come with a limited lifetime warranty on hardware, and cabinet construction and parts are covered for 15 years under normal use.

Unfinished cabinets are built to the same premium standard but arrive without paint or stain. They are ideal for clients who want to apply a custom finish themselves.

All unfinished cabinets are pre sanded and ready for finishing. Additional preparation may be needed depending on the type of finish you choose.

No. Unfinished cabinets follow the same custom production schedule as all other projects

Yes. Our cabinets are built using premium hardwoods and high quality plywood or engineered panels where appropriate to ensure durability, stability, and beauty.

We offer multiple custom cabinet lines, each with unique construction, features, and design options. Our team will guide you to select the line that best fits your space, style, and functional needs.

Our design service is 100% free, but the design is only provided once the client approves the project estimate. We do not release designs for projects that are not confirmed. We only need your name, email, and phone number to prepare your estimate and coordinate measurements.

Yes. While we do not offer pre-assembled islands, our team can help you design a fully custom kitchen island using a combination of base cabinets, wall cabinets, and trim. All components are installed on-site to ensure a perfect fit. Our designers are available to guide you in selecting the right cabinets and details for your custom island.

Our goal is to provide a design within 1–2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project and current workload.

Yes. Our team can schedule an on site visit to take precise measurements, ensuring your custom cabinets fit perfectly.

We use industry leading kitchen design software to create accurate, detailed, and realistic layouts for every custom project.
Returns

Returns

All Blue Ribbon Millwork cabinets and parts are fully custom-built to each client’s order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns on any custom products. Please review our full terms for details on warranty coverage.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on individual cabinets, cabinet parts, trim, or any portion of a custom order. Our team works closely with you throughout the design and approval process to ensure your cabinets meet your expectations.
