These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the BlueRibbonMillwork website, products, and services. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to these Terms.
General Policies
These general policies apply to all users and orders unless a product-specific policy states otherwise. Individual product policies appear in the sections below.
All content is for general information and may change without notice.
There may be inaccuracies or errors; BlueRibbonMillwork is not liable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Use of the website is at your own risk.
Links to third-party sites do not constitute endorsements; we do not control those sites.
Do not create links to our website without prior written consent.
Your use is subject to applicable laws.
Total liability of BlueRibbonMillwork and suppliers is limited to amounts actually paid; no liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
BlueRibbonMillwork may change free-shipping requirements at any time prior to purchase. Currently eligible:
Cabinet Orders over $3,500 (assembled cabinets and cabinet accessories).
Accessory Orders (non-cabinet accessories) over $149, including Rev-A-Shelf accessories.
Hardware Orders over $49 (e.g., Berenson, Belwith).
Sample Doors — free ground shipping; expedited options available at extra cost. Returns include a prepaid label.
Eligibility applies to most locations within the contiguous United States. Remote or hard-to-access areas may be excluded or incur surcharges; we’ll notify you before processing.
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must be of legal age to purchase. Information provided must be accurate.
We may refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion.
A confirmation email is sent after order receipt and payment authorization. Verify details carefully; all online orders are final.
Most online cabinet orders are custom; cancellations/returns are not accepted unless noted in product-specific policies.
Split/Merged Orders may convert to Standard Delivery lead times when thresholds are exceeded.
Orders must be paid in full to be processed; we do not hold orders.
Approved refunds typically appear in 3–7 business days to the original payment method.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable; you may also be responsible for Use Tax per your jurisdiction.
If an item is out of stock or discontinued, we’ll notify you and refund if necessary.
Quantity Limits: We may limit quantities per order/account/address/payment method. Attempts to circumvent limits may result in order denial and account suspension.
We offer complimentary design services. You must review and approve all designs before purchasing. Designs are recommendations based on information you provide in writing. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the quoted items are approved; dislikes after delivery do not require replacements.
Sales, promotions, and coupon codes may change without notice and apply only to new purchases through our public website. Offers are not retroactive or combinable unless stated. Minimums and restrictions may apply.
Standard In-Home Delivery (FREE for qualifying cabinet orders)
Timeframe: See current lead times on the Shipping page; varies by location/logistics. Orders ≥ $3,500 qualify for free cabinet shipping.
Orders with ≥5 cabinet boxes use Standard In-Home Delivery (determined by BlueRibbonMillwork).
You’ll receive notifications when items ship and when the final-mile terminal receives them; the terminal schedules the delivery.
Crew delivers to the first dry area; boxes are not opened unless external damage is visible. You have 30 days to report concealed damage.
Delivery is via box truck with two crew members; area protection and courtesy are expected.
Delivery days vary by region and are scheduled for the next available route. Storage fees may apply if you cannot accept delivery.
Expedited Orders
At our discretion, orders ≤6 items without cabinet boxes may ship in ~12–15 business days via ground/tailgate (LTL). Tailgate deliveries require customer unloading.
Restricted Area Home Delivery (Quote)
Certain locations (e.g., ferry/bridge toll areas, dense urban zones, elevator-only access) may require custom delivery, surcharges, or extended lead times. Contact our support page for a quote.
Holiday Orders
Orders placed during peak holiday periods may experience longer lead times due to shipping and scheduling constraints.
Replacement Orders
Processed claims generally ship within ~12–15 business days after finalization, via tailgate delivery (customer unloads).
Someone 18+ must be present to accept cabinet deliveries.
Prepare a clean, dry area sized for all boxes; carriers do not clear space.
Drivers do not unpack due to time limits; if visible box damage exists, you may request inspection.
Third-party carriers may be used; only necessary customer info is shared.
One delivery attempt is included. If undeliverable, extra charges may apply.
Delivery methods/carriers may change as needed; weather/truck issues may require rescheduling. We aren’t responsible for lost time/wages due to delays.
We ship to the contiguous U.S. with normal access that doesn’t require special handling (excludes AK/HI).
Inspect in the carrier’s presence. Document missing items on the Bill of Lading before signing and report immediately via our online claims process. Items not noted as missing at delivery cannot be claimed later. Some items (e.g., trim/molding/toe-kicks) may be packed together—check box contents.
Replacement parts are built to order and generally ship in ~12–15 business days. Only affected parts are replaced (e.g., a door/drawer, not the entire cabinet). Assembly of replacements is not included. Additional fees (e.g., labor) are your responsibility.
Wood naturally expands and contracts. Painted finishes may show open joint lines over time; this is customary in the industry and not a defect. Finish integrity remains, and structure is unaffected. Joint visibility varies even within the same cabinet. Wipe excess moisture promptly. Discoloration may occur from airborne particles, heat, light, or moisture—especially on lighter paints.
Prices may change without notice. We cannot alter prices for goods already paid and scheduled for delivery. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout; certain financing partners may be available. Alternative payments (e.g., cashier’s checks) are by prior arrangement only.
If you find a lower advertised price on an equivalent-quality product from a competitor, BlueRibbonMillwork will beat it by 5% (limitations apply). Submit a competitor’s itemized quote—including brand, product details, delivery timeframe, and all fees—via our support page with “Best Price Guarantee” in the subject.
We determine eligibility and our decision is final.
For residential original purchasers, items are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for as long as you own the home, starting at delivery. We may repair or replace at our discretion; labor for removal/installation is excluded. Exclusions include improper handling/storage/installation, modifications, extreme temperatures, intentional damage, fire/water/acts of nature, harsh chemicals, misuse, or normal wear.
Natural wood variation in texture, grain, and color is expected and not covered. Unfinished products may require additional surface prep by the finisher; minor surface marks that finishing covers are not warranted.
Submit warranty claims with photos and a detailed description via our online claims form. We will review promptly and advise next steps. Approved claims ship at no charge.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where BlueRibbonMillwork is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services.
